Amongst all of her studies, Barb continues to undertake more courses to expand her knowledge and provide the community with a health professional qualified in many fields.

Donna PissasaleGroup Fitness InstructorDonna is a mum of two with an appreciation of staying physically active. Over the years she has tried her hand at various sporting activities and events including Around the Bay in a Day, Arthurs Seat Run, Triathlon’s, Netball, Badminton, Soccer, Muay Thai and Ju Jitsu. A long-time gym participant and first fell in love with group fitness classes over 20 years ago when living in Melbourne. Became an instructor after moving back to Deniliquin and loves strengthening through the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates aspects of Body Balance and the intensity challenge that comes from indoor bike classes without the impact on joints.

Joanna WettenhallGroup Fitness InstructorJo grew upriding horses, snow skiing, playing tennis and netball. After finishing high school she worked as a snow ski instructor in Mt Hotham, Whistler Blackcomb in Canada and Telluride Colorado USA. Now She lives back on teh farm with her family. She is busy running her two young kids around to do their sports, and wouldnt have it any other way.

Maddie CharltonPersonal TrainerMaddie has always had a passion for fitness and has been involved in various sporting groups and activities.After a year and a half of studing at University and completing practical components of her course she decided to alter her career and pursue her passion for fitness though studying both Certificate III & IV in Fitness. Maddie has a passion for a wide range of training types from cardio to weights and all the in-between. "I love helping people achieve their goals and seeing them reach milestones they never thought possible."
