Body Balance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.


During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.



Exercising muscles around the core, CORE™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.


All the moves in CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.


Thump Boxing

THUMP Boxing - Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.

Everyone from elite athletes to supermodels have long been touting the benefits of boxing as a complete body workout.


Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, core strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture all at the same time, boxing classes are great for all ages and fitness levels.


Boxing is also great for stress relief. You'll also get an intense workout while improving your core strength at the same time.



Spin is a cycling program that brings the outdoor ride – inside. Interval based training takes our classes through sprints, hills and mountains, to achieve results and your personal goals.


All Fit

A combination of strength, cardiovascular fitness & balance. This is a low impact class which is great for beginners and older adults. Designed by Barb, the class is freestyle aerobics to great music and lasts 45 minutes.




MetaPWR is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. 

MetaPWR develops strength and power by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric bodyweight exercises promotes muscle adaptation and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn fat. The use of weighted equipement also helps with bone density. 



Metafit is a 30 minute high intensity (HIIT) workout including a series of bodyweight exercises with interval style training. Designed to keep our body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
